This is a common question, but there's no straightforward answer. The cost and complexity depend on the specific custom. Some customs require more parts, which vary in price. Additionally, the time needed can differ significantly. For instance, creating a figure of an 80s wrestler in trunks will take much less time compared to a flamboyant Will Ospreay.

Yes, we are almost always available, but the lead time will vary depending on the length of the queue. However, simpler requests can sometimes jump ahead. If you need something urgently for a gift or event, we can work with you to accommodate that but will incur an additional cost.

Yes, but it’s quite expensive. First, we need to have your head sculpted in 3D, then printed and painted. The cost is higher because, unless you’re famous, the file cannot be reused or sold on.

No, this isn't really possible because each piece is handmade and completely original. They aren't produced in a factory, so we can't simply do a larger run.

Yes, that's not a problem. Costs will vary, but we try to keep them as low as possible by minimizing unnecessary packaging space.

For in-stock products, shipping will occur within a few days of ordering. Digital items will be emailed or access will be granted as quickly as possible. Commission timelines will vary.

No, although that is our staple genre, we also love creating movie stars, musicians, TV characters, and more.

Blue or black tack would be our preference. Some people like to use Ferris' Sticky Mould-a-Wax to secure the head onto the neck pin, but good old tack works just as well.

Clear would be our recommendation.
White paper decals are the standard style. They can be applied over any color, with the picture fully printed on the decal. These decals are usually slightly thicker, making them more noticeable around the edges but easier to apply due to the paper's thickness.Clear paper decals often require a white base before application. We always use clear decals (similar to those used for tattoos on figures). Though they are harder to apply because they are thinner than white paper decals, they blend more seamlessly, making the edges less noticeable.

Since our creations are custom hand-painted pieces of artwork, refunds and returns are evaluated case by case. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us to explore potential resolutions.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for digital items since once you've received the file, there's no way to return it. -
When we initially began, we didn't anticipate reaching this level of success, so we didn't give too much thought to the name. It was actually inspired by Kurt Angle's famous "3 i's," but we initially toyed with "3 R's" representing "recycle, replenish, release." However, we dropped that concept within about a week and, like Prince, adopted a symbol instead.
